How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
You can purchase a 1 pc sample first to evaluate the quality. Alternatively, you can send us your detailed specifications and requirements, and we will customize the products accordingly.
How do you resolve quality complaints?
Our rigorous quality control minimizes issues. If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will provide free replacement accessories or a refund based on video/photo evidence. For transit damage, please document with media at the port before acceptance so we can address it directly with the forwarder.
What is the warranty period on your products?
Most of our products come with a 1-year or 2-year warranty for free, along with life-long maintenance support.
What is your delivery lead time and payment process?
Delivery lead time is typically 7 to 25 working days after payment confirmation. Upon order confirmation, we issue a Proforma Invoice with bank details. Payments can be processed via T/T, credit card, Western Union, or PayPal.
