Product Description

What is Roll-to-Roll (R2R)?
Roll-to-Roll (R2R) Production Process is used to manufacture Flexible LED Strips and COB Strip Lighting. Using flexible circuit board (FPC) and COB packaging technology, produced through a continuous winding method, the lamp belts are usually supplied in rolls of 5m, 10m - 100m or longer lengths. They can be cut as needed for use and are highly suitable for large-area installations.

Adopting special colloids and phosphors, making color saturation higher and yellow spots smaller. Color options: 2700K/3000K/4000K/6500K.

Uses premium high-quality circuit boards with large chips and large voltage drop margins, ensuring no brightness difference between head and tail.
🕒 Life Span Management
FCOB strips passed ANSI/IES LM-80-15 certification. Testing 9000 hours shows light decay < 5%. CE/ROHS compliant.
Rigorous Reliability Testing
Thermal Shock

Thermal Shock: -45℃~80℃ for 30min each, shock for 5 min, lasting 120h.

Humidity Chamber

Temp & Humidity: 85℃ temperature, 85RH humidity, sealed for 168h.

Torsion Test

Torsion Test: Positive and reverse side 900-1200 degrees, 1000 cycles.
