2. What is the warranty policy?

Answer: We offer a 3 to 5-year warranty depending on different lighting types. If an item fails due to a quality issue during the warranty period, we can send replacements immediately for urgent needs, or include replacements in your next order.

3. What are the payment terms?

Answer: For sample orders, we accept T/T, PayPal, and Western Union (100% in advance). For bulk orders, we require a 30% deposit in advance by T/T, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipping. Letter of Credit (L/C) is negotiable for very large orders.

4. Do you offer free samples?

Answer: We do not offer free samples upfront, but the sample fee can be fully refunded depending on the subsequent bulk order amount.

5. Can I add my logo to the product label?

Answer: Yes, customized logo labeling is available. The minimum order quantity requested depends on the specific type of light.

6. I don't know how many LED tube lights to use. Can you advise?

Answer: Yes, we can assist you with lighting design using Dialux software. IES files can also be provided if you have an in-house design team.
