REPLACEMENT & DAMAGE – Although our packaging is strong, long-distance transportation involves risks. If the lampshade or accessories arrive damaged, please reach out immediately with photos. We will express deliver replacement accessories free of charge. We are dedicated to providing satisfactory solutions to all reasonable issues.
TRANSPORTATION INSTRUCTION – We offer two delivery options:
A: Logistics (Air/Ocean): Cheaper, but slower. You will need to complete custom clearance and arrange final local transport upon pickup. (Recommended for large quantity orders)
B: Express Delivery: Door-to-door, fast speed, but higher freight costs. (Recommended for smaller quantity orders)
LAMP INSTALLATION – Installation instructions are provided inside the box or on our product details page. Because lamps are electrical products, please hire a professional electrician to guide and handle the installation to ensure safety.
AFTER-SALE NOTICE –
1. Damage: Replacement parts for transit-damaged items are provided free of charge upon receipt of photo verification.
2. Warranty: 3-year warranty from purchase covering electrical faults under normal use (excluding light source, remote controller, ballast, and driver). Free parts shipment is provided within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, customer covers shipping costs for replacements.
3. Customized products are unique and cannot be returned.
