How can I get the samples?

It will send by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. Or if you have suppliers in China, we can send samples there too.

How long is the sample order lead time?

For regular stock samples, it takes 2-3 days.

How long is the bulk order lead time?

Around 15 days for one 40 HQ container.

What should I do for my own design?

It would be great if you can provide AI, CDR or PSD document for our reference.

What is your payment term for the bulk order?

Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% before shipment.

Do you support custom OEM / ODM requests?

Yes, we provide full support for OEM and ODM projects according to your custom specifications and requirements.
